BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT
In the late afternoon of Thursday, 28 June, 2001, a new litter of hamsters
was born to the Hamster For President community. The time of the birth was roughly
4:30 to 6:30 p.m., and the number, as of this notice, was not known for sure. At least
eleven tiny ones were counted.
The mother is the lovely Ms. Mocha, wife of Melek. Melek is a second-cousin of Diddley Squat and Yarash, Jr.
He was born on the 10th of May, 1999 to the late Maty and Booker T. Hamster. Bookie, as the
latter was affectionately called, is the grandfather of the two candidates and the father of Jade,
their illustrious mother.
Twenty-four hours after their birth, the young ones appeared to be doing extremely well, and both
mother and father are understandably quite proud.
